For multi-core cables or a plugin connection solution with single wires, elke TECHNIK offers customized solutions based on the proven superseal technology. The additional mechanical protection – robust and tight – is implemented precisely and tailor-made with hot-melt technology.
Sealed assemblies with cable or single wires for special vehicles
To power headlights and position lights on commercial and special vehicles, cables equipped with waterproof and dustproof connectors are required. The installation often has to be carried out in very confined spaces and be suitable for harsh operating conditions.
Superseal connectors are particularly ideally suited for this and enable a high degree of tightness against water and dust. Both cables and individual wires can be assembled for specific applications and over molded in a further production step. This results in high-density and ready-to-connect solutions for simple and flexible installation.
