Ball valves are used in many water-carrying systems as shut-off, drain or changeover valves. In rail vehicles, they are installed in particular in fresh water, grey water and waste water systems – often in exposed or poorly heated locations.

The heating sleeves from elke TECHNIK for ball valves are specially shaped to ensure optimum heat transfer to the valve body. They are precisely tailored to the diameter and design of the respective ball valve and can be installed quickly and without tools.
